Full book covers typically take 3-6 weeks to complete.

The timeline for other design work depends on the project’s complexity and the information provided. I’m happy to discuss faster timelines if I have the availability.

I anticipate that clients may need revisions. To ensure we’re aligned from the start, I’ll ask detailed questions before beginning the project.

Most services include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions can be arranged for an extra fee if needed.

The file types needed for each service may vary, but I typically work with PNG, JPEG, PDF, AI, EPS and PSD. 

For book covers, I typically provide the print-ready PDF, the high-resolution JPEG (ebook cover) and the final source files of the paperback/hardback cover (InDesign). This includes full ownership of the final files. I recommend licensing any fonts/stock illustrations under your name for ownership purposes. I can provide more guidance and advice on this.

To start any project, a 50% deposit is required. Once the work is completed, I’ll send the final invoice for the remaining 50%. I’ll provide the final high-resolution/sources files upon full payment.
